Your account and photographs

PhotoWizard is provided by Web Wiz LLC, trading as Web Wizard. By using PhotoWizard, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and delivery information. Keep your sign-in access secure.

You retain ownership of your photographs. You grant us permission to store, process, moderate, preview, share as you direct, and reproduce selected photographs to fulfill print orders. You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload or order, including permissions relating to identifiable people. Do not upload unlawful content, exploitative images, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Private-gallery guests can download originals and order prints. Public portfolios provide previews and printing. Think carefully before sharing: we cannot recall a downloaded file or completed print. We may restrict content or accounts for abuse, security issues, or violations of these terms. Automated moderation can make mistakes; contact us to request review.

Plans and storage

Monthly plans are Free at $0 for 2 GB, Starter at $10 for 50 GB, Pro at $50 for 250 GB, and Studio at $100 for 1,000 GB of originals. Storage uses decimal gigabytes. Generated previews do not count. Applicable taxes are shown separately. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

Upgrades take effect after payment. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at renewal; you retain the paid entitlement through the current paid term. Manage your plan in Settings. New uploads are blocked when the quota is exceeded. After 30 days over quota, shared and public access and new purchases of your images are paused. Owner downloads and deletion remain available. Access is restored when usage is within quota.

Ordering prints

Checkout is available in USD for delivery within the United States. A single basket can combine your uploads and authorized photographs from multiple galleries and photographers. Prices, delivery charges, and customer tax are shown before payment. Shipping is passed through at the quoted amount without markup. Quotes expire after 30 minutes and must be renewed when the basket, delivery address, or shipping method changes.

We use Prodigi to manufacture and fulfill prints. One order may be produced in multiple locations and arrive in separate parcels. Prints are made to your selections, including size, finish, quantity, and fit or crop. Review the image preview and resolution warning before ordering. Screen appearance and printed color can differ.

Successful payment does not guarantee immediate supplier acceptance. If an image or product becomes unavailable, or production fails, we will work with you to correct the affected items or provide an appropriate refund. We do not silently charge you for later supplier shipping adjustments. See our shipping and returns policy for delivery, cancellation, and problem reporting.

Photographer commissions

Photographer approval is separate from subscriptions. Approved photographers can earn on any plan, including Free, and hidden photographers remain eligible for commission on authorized private-gallery prints. Quick Print uploads without photographer attribution do not earn commission.

Each eligible order line earns 50% of nonnegative print profit after production cost and its allocated payment fees. Shipping and customer tax do not earn commission. Catalog estimates are illustrative; recorded costs determine actual earnings. Refunds, disputes, and cost adjustments can reduce earnings, and partial refunds affect the applicable quantity.

Eligible earnings enter a daily release process beginning 14 days after payment, without a PhotoWizard minimum and without requiring shipment. Release requires completed US Stripe Connect onboarding, available funds, and no applicable refund, dispute, or known fulfillment failure. Transfers to your connected Stripe balance and Stripe’s bank payouts are separate events. Negative adjustments may be recovered through transfer reversals where possible or offset future earnings.

Service changes and disputes

We may change the service and these terms as needed. We will communicate material changes where required. We aim to provide reliable storage and fulfillment, but no online service is uninterrupted; keep your own backup of irreplaceable photographs.

Contact us first about any account, order, or payment concern so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
