How do I earn commission on my photographs?

When clients or art collectors purchase prints, framed photos, or canvas wraps of your photographs, you earn a direct commission on each item. Customer shipping and sales tax are handled separately and do not reduce your earnings.

Do I need a paid subscription to earn?

No. Approved photographers earn commission on all plans, including the Free 2 GB tier. You only pay if you need additional storage for larger original archives.

When and how are earnings paid out?

Earnings enter an automated daily release cycle 14 days after client payment. Released funds transfer directly into your connected US Stripe account without minimum payout thresholds, and Stripe deposits them directly to your bank account.

Can I sell prints through private galleries?

Yes. Clients and guests invited to your private galleries can select and purchase archival prints directly from their shared view. Even if your public portfolio is hidden, private gallery print sales earn full commission.

What print products are supported?

We offer museum-grade luster photo prints, gallery-wrapped canvas, framed prints with custom mounts, and print packs. All items are produced with archival inks and ship directly to your clients.

What happens if a client cancels or requests a refund?

If an order line is refunded before fulfillment or because of an approved quality issue, the commission associated with that line is adjusted accordingly. Partial refunds adjust only the affected quantities.
